El Estanco

/ Our Home & Yours Too

Named and inspired by a hole-in-the-wall ‘tabaqueria’ originating in South America and initially a shop where alcohol, cigarettes and stamps were sold, over time, it became a place to gather, socialise, eat and love in small towns across the continent.

Cooked over fire and with our own unique twist, our menu celebrates wholesome, seasonal, local produce, best shared for the full experience.

Plating up dishes rich in tradition and influenced by our Head Chef’s Colombian heritage, we believe food is how we come together. Simple and honest, to be enjoyed with family, with friends, with wine, with laughter, with love.

Slinging cocktails on the regular, smashable wines, pizza nights, sweet treats and good times, we look forward to having you!

Charlie Black

/ Coffee In Our Veins

Drawing inspiration from years of experience in a family that breathes all things coffee, Charlie Black specialises in small batch coffee roasting with the aim of delivering fresh, quality and transparent coffee for everyone to enjoy.

Roasting on site, Charlie Black brings to our ‘La Casa’ a quality product and experience to those dining along with providing barista training to anyone from a home enthusiast to industry and providing the Barossa Valley Region with the highest quality specialty coffee and making it approachable.

Available to purchase, our La Tiendita is always stocked with Charlie Black House Blend and Single Origin beans for you to take home or pop in for a visit and try for yourself.

All our milk coffees are made with Charlie Black House Blend and black coffees are made using Charlies monthly featured Single Origin.

We are unique in that we have our own in-house pastry chef offering up unspeakably delicious pastries, cakes and sourdough every day of trading.

Changing on the regular, you don’t need a dessert menu once you feast your eyes on our pastry cabinet. Honestly, you just need to come try.

La Tiendita

/ The Little Store

As well as a fully licensed cafe, El Estanco offers a hand picked selection of our favourite things, for you to take home with you.

Our tiendita is forever changing, but you will find things like our Colombian coffee beans, smashable house wine, beautiful ceramics, house made goodies, peppers, pickles and
wine glasses with a little piece of us stamped on them!

As well as our little collabs, we have so many spaces at El Estanco to enjoy.

THE BAR - the heart and hub of our la casa, where you will find our pastry cabinet, coffee and cocktail bar and our friendly team ready to greet and seat you.

MAIN RESTAURANT & BREEZEWAY - Where all the hustle and bustle takes place.

SNUG & FIREPLACE ROOM - A cosy spot with a couch to enjoy a coffee and a larger table for dining by the fire. Both offering a semi-private space for anything you may need it for!

COURTYARD & OLIVE GARDEN - A place outside to eat, drink and enjoy the sunshine.

LAWNS & FIREPIT - Beautiful gardens, a teepee for the mini amigos, flowing lawns and a place for a fire pit that’s often used for cooking.

PAVILION - A private event space for larger groups up to 50 with a large open fireplace and rustic outlook.
